 Receptionist We are currently looking to expand our front desk team by appointing an additional hotel receptionist.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- To welcome all guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Provide efficient check in and out of guests.
- Inform guests of hotel's services and amenities.
- Deal with all guest queries in a courteous manner.
- Handle reservations.
- Carry out daily administration tasks.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a friendly individual with excellent communications skills.
- Enjoy working in a busy environment.
- Be very familiar with computers.
- Be organised in your approach.
- Ideally have worked in a similar role before with Hotsoft experience.
- Excellent English is essential
